Tip: your exact wallet balance does not change the staking math much — a round number is fine. The old pool calculation assumes your ADA is already included in its live stake; the new pool calculation adds your ADA to its current live stake.

How These Numbers Are Calculated
gross_eff(S, P) = p × r × (S + a₀·P) / (1 + a₀)  |  p = pool performance · r = 0.000400 (live epoch rate) · a₀ = 0.3
Your epoch reward = (D / S) × (1 − m) × max(0, gross_eff − F)  |  D = your ADA · S = total pool stake · m = margin · F = fixed fee
Your annual reward = epoch_reward × 73 epochs/year
Switching note — For 2 epochs after switching your stake still earns old-pool rewards (no earnings gap); new-pool rewards begin in epoch 3. Switch freely whenever the annual gain is positive.
